Ledger is an invite-only app for recording informal debts between people, operated as a sole proprietorship in Ohio, United States ("Ledger", "we", "us"). The Ledger app — its source code, design, layout, wording and the "Ledger" wordmark as used here — is our original work and is protected by copyright. Copyright subsists automatically on creation; this notice is a statement of that, not a claim of any registration.
You may use the app as permitted by our Terms & Conditions. Beyond that, please do not copy, redistribute or create derivative works from the app or its content without our permission.
The debts and payments recorded in Ledger belong to the people who entered them, not to us. We only store and display that information; how we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.
Open-source acknowledgments

These names and marks belong to their owners. Their inclusion here is an acknowledgment, not a claim of ownership, and does not imply any endorsement.
